Cooling Systems

Cooling modules consist of multiple components responsible for engine cooling. Condensers are added as an indispensable part of air conditioning systems, but the basic elements of every cooling module are air coolers and liquid coolers. Air coolers are predominantly used in turbocharged engi-nes used in the vast majority of vehicles. In liquid cooled systems further low temperature coolers are often required. In order to ensure maximum performance, all components are carefully selec-ted and arranged. The method of installation is adjusted according to the manufacturer’s technical requirements. Today’s engines are becoming ever more powerful, and environmental regulations concerning their efficiency (EURO5, EURO6) are becoming increasingly restrictive. This directly affects the working temperature of the engine itself – the materials are close to their limit values (working temperature). In this situation, appropriate cooling modules are critical to each of the engines’ applications. BSPL provides solutions in the field of cooling for a wide range of uses: power generators, commercial vehicles, military vehicles and buses.
