Inspection points for radiators and related components

- Jul 25, 2019-

1 When disassembling and disassembling, special attention should be paid to the deformation of the radiator core tube and the leakage of water. The installation position should meet the original requirements, so as to maintain a certain distance from the fan blades to avoid collision during operation.

2 Pay special attention to check whether the front surface of the radiator core is clogged with weeds, dirt, etc., if necessary, clean and clean it, so as not to affect the heat dissipation performance and avoid the scratching of the core tube during operation.

3 Pay attention to check and ensure the precision of the taper surface of the pulley and the taper sleeve. The taper of the pulley cone and the taper sleeve should be the same. After the taper sleeve is pressed into the taper hole with the thumb, the small end of the taper sleeve is required to be 2-3 mm lower than the end face of the pulley cone, and the taper surface is in good contact.
